Who we are

A team of architects & engineers, is carving a common path again.

After many years separate, now that the conditions are ripe for something new to be born, , we decided to re-establish our team.

Embracing our collaborations in major projects as part of our common past, we aspire to design on new lines and forms.

Our vehicle, the experiences and the knowledge we have gained from our course so far (common but also separate). Central axis, the creative breath that is constantly shaken and renewed within us.

Our Vision

Quality runs through the creative course of our team and of course is the goal of every project.

Giannis Efthyvoulidis

Giannis Efthyvoulidis is an Architect & B.Sc. Mechanical Engineer (AUTh) with postgraduate studies MSc in Naval Architecture (MSc in Naval Architecture) at UCL (University College London).

He was for a number of years President of TREDID.SA k director of the Technical Studies and Project Management of the company.

Giannis Efthyvoulidis is a certified appraiser of REV & Valuer in Plant & Machinery and registered in the Register of the Ministry of Finance.

Today, he is President of EFTHYVOULIDIS & PARTNERS, in Thessaloniki, which is active in the fields of real estate development, architectural design, project management.

Dimitris Chatzisarantis

Dimitris Chatzisarantis is a Civil Engineer – Senior Project Manager with a 30-year verifiable track record in the industry. He has managed multiple construction projects and accomplished multimillion construction developments through effective management, team training, leadership and collaboration.

He has broad and extensive experience in the fields of Real Estate, Residential, Resort, Professional and Industrial Construction Developments, providing his services for the public and the private sector alike.

An acknowledged expert in Project Management and Consulting, entrepreneurial by nature, he is able to implement a holistic approach to organisational strategic objectives.

His experience includes managing projects amounting to a total budget of 300 million Euros.

Eva Stavrou

Eva Stavrou is a Graduate of Agr. & Topographic Engineer (AUTh) with a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Design of Cities and Buildings from E.A.P.

For a number of years, she was a Development Consultant in Private, Public and Wider Public Sector Bodies and Head of Exports and Development of New Markets in Middle Eastern and Asian countries.

Today she is a Special Advisor for Development and Management of National and European Programs in the Municipality of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki and a Designer of Technical, Environmental and Development Projects, with 25 years of experience in the field.

She is a certified appraiser and registered in the “National Register of Certified Assessors” and the “National Register of Certified Auditors” of the Ministry of Development and Investment for the needs of development laws and Private Investment Aid schemes. She has a license of Building Inspector and Energy Inspector of Buildings.

Kiki Karidi

Architect Engineer (AUTh) with postgraduate studies in Industrial Design (Master of Arts in Three Dimensional Design).

Excellent user and instructor of ArchiCAD (over 600 students). Over 15 years of experience in architectural design (over 100 studies since 1999). Specialization in the presentation of the architectural project. Special skills in customer relations. Experience in all phases of project design from start to finish. Organized and reliable professional with attention to detail and passion for perfection.
